客户遇到的问题:

A)客户的MCU无法通过SPI口读写AMIS-30532,其原因是采用Onsemi提供的例程分别写命令和地址BYTE+数据BYTE,结果16个CLK中多了一个CS信号.去掉后就可以正常通信.

B)帮助解释AMIS-30532的工作流程,先对AMIS-30532进行配置,然后发NXT脉冲,但是步进电机不工作.其原因是AMIS-30532当CS没选中时,NXT脉冲没有作用,所以电机不会工作.但是Datasheet中的描述是:CS_SPI Chip Selet Input.实际上它也同时控制了其它信号的输入,在步进电机控制时也许这不是很合适.

C)当CS选中和加上NXT脉冲时,电机有反应,但是电机不转动,其原因是客户发的脉冲太快,应该根据电机的矩频特性选择合适的启动频率.

D)AMIS-30532的特点:

这款芯片集成了大多步进电机驱动器的大部分功能,只需要外面简单的MCU对AMIS-30532进行配置和DIR+NXT控制就可以了.同时可以对电机进行32细分.所以我们可以选FUJITSU的廉价MCU+AMIS-30532做成方案提供给客户.这样电机厂家在他们的电机出厂时同时提供控制器.
